Students studying at MNUMS have the full opportunity to make suggestions, requests, and complaints, and in this regard, the relevant regulations are included in the functions of the department  to receive suggestions and complaints. It includes:

  • The Department for Student Development and Management is responsible for student-centered activities, including the resolution of suggestions, requests, and complaints.

  • The Department for Teacher Development and E-learning, and the academic affairs department of the schools receive and resolve complaints and requests. 

  • The Department for Teacher Development and E-learning and The Department for Student Development and Management regulate and organize the surveys regarding the school operations and teachers from students routinely every quarter and reflect them in their activities.

  • The Department for Student Development and Management registers, processes, and stores written suggestions and requests from students.

  • Instructions for writing formal suggestions, requests, and complaints are displayed and a desk and section for writing are prepared in the department office area. A feedback box is also put out.  Template for writing petition  

 

 

 

  • Suggestions, requests, and complaints about student transfer and grades, and leave of absence for classes are regulated by Articles 2.7 and 4.16 of Chapter 6 of the "Regulations for undergraduate training activities".

  • The academic affairs department of each school will receive suggestions, requests, and complaints from students and resolve them within the scope of their authority or forward them to the relevant departments and officials. Copies of suggestions, requests, and complaints submitted by students will be kept and stored.

  • After completing a course, a survey from students evaluating the syllabus, content, and teacher's skills and attitude is taken either on paper or using Google Forms or Elearning platform.

  • Suggestions, requests, and complaints may remain anonymous.

  • A class “homeroom” teacher is assigned to each class, and that teacher is responsible for receiving and resolving feedback related to lessons and learning.

  • On their own initiative, students can send letters to teachers and staff on special occasions or holidays.
